Cloverdale Fuel Ltd is currently looking for Class 1 Truck Drivers SUPER B for in Canada work. Drivers must be able to use chains, comfortably work in winter conditions, able to throw chains if needed. Loader or excavator experience is an asset. Trucks are new, trailers are well maintained, owners respect and appreciate hard-working, honest drivers who are rewarded for the right work ethic and attitude.

The company started with one truck and mill contract and it has expanded to the current large fleet size of trucks, trailers, log chippers, roll-off, and disposal bins, loaders, excavators and tub grinders.

Who you are:

  • Experienced, safety orientated driver
  • Reliable and looking for long-term, stable employment
  • Comfortable with driving manual transmissions
  • Hardworking; Not afraid of working through the rain or snow, or getting your hands dirty

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent customer service, load, and unload on deliveries and pick-ups
  • Complete pre and post trip inspections, and follow commercial driving regulations
  • Safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of dock doors, within and between facility buildings
  • Maintain routine communication with dispatch/yard control
  • Daily inspection of truck; Monitor truck condition and communicate with the manager when repairs are required
  • Deliver wood products both domestically and cross-border in timely manor
