CA Pools, a multiple award winning swimming pool and design company, is looking to expand operations and provide more pool builds and backyard developments in the greater Victoria regions. CA Pools, offer full time, year-round and seasonal positions.

We are hiring self starters, Class 3 Drivers who will also be operating Heavy Equipment and Building when not driving, Applicants can work in a team environment and have good organizational skills. And are looking to expand with the company.

Positions include, Class 3 or Class 1 drivers / equipment operators, that will assist with pool installations. All Candidates should have a minimum of three years driving experience and a minimum of 1 year excavation and skid-steer experience. Construction and/or landscape experience is an asset.

Drivers abstract is required.

Air brake endorsement required

All employees must be able to start at the equipment yard located in North Saanich/ Sidney.

Candidates that qualify and are hired will operate;

• Class 3 gravel truck
• Roll-Off truck
• 40' goose-neck trailer
• Move wide loads with pilot car services
• Deliver materials, products and equipment to clients and job sites
• 135 excavator
• 50 excavator
• Skid-steer
• Tampers
• Assist with crane operators to move, place, load and unload pools
• Assist with drainage and plumbing
• Assist with moving, erecting and deconstructing of forms
• Assist with concrete pours

All candidates must be physically fit, professional in appearance, be punctual and eager to work with other staff and clients in a professional manor.

Advancements within CA Pools is available to qualifying employees.
