Collections Officer, Permanent Full-Time

Location: CreditMaxx Financing and Leasing

Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing

  • Selling the borrower on the benefits of bringing their account current and keeping it current
  • Performing financial analysis of client’s budget to determine loan affordability
  • Responding to customer inquiries and taking payments
  • Maintaining consistent and accurate notes on all accounts
  • Researching and basic investigative work

A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There, For The Rest, We're Looking For:

  • A minimum 1-year consumer or payday loan collections experience
  • An excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude, highly motivated and strong desire to learn
  • Strong computer skills
  • Available to work Monday-Saturdays (Saturdays are rotational, 5 day work week)
