- Education Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Public Relations, or Bachelor of Arts, Journalism, and or Business Administration degree program
- In good academic standing
- Highly interested in social media strategy and trends
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with Canva and the Microsoft Suite
- Long-term interest in marketing, communications, and public relations
What You Can Expect From Your Work Term:
You will get a hands-on work term immersed in the communications, events, and public relations activities of the Pulp & Paper Division. Tasks may include:
- Assist with the development and coordination of internal communications and initiatives
- Create and write compelling content to post on our social media channels and website
- Organizing on-site events at our various operations
- Manage divisional photo library
- Participate in special projects as required
