HIGH ROAD Services Society is a non-profit agency that provides daily supports to adults with cognitive disabilities within the community. The agency has a strong vision to make a positive difference to lives of the clients we serve every single day. Our team of community support workers provide supports to individuals with a range of needs such as personal care & life skills.

We are presently hiring for positions within our residential program. We currently seeking weekend day shift in a part time permanent position. This can begin your career with us, with an opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies as they become available.

Permanent positions of over 20 plus hours per week entitle you to enroll within an excellent benefit package after the successful completion of probation.

Key skills & Qualifications

  • First aid certification
  • Clear criminal
  • B.C. Drivers Licence
  • Acceptable Drivers Abstract
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to demonstrate good decision making skills
  • Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner within the community at all times

All staff are required to follow agency protocols on COVID-19.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $21.63 per hour
