An employee’s time and expenses will be covered to complete courses such as First Aid Training, Equipment Operator Training, and other construction related courses related to an employee’s job description and site needs. And if you want to gain experience and growth in areas of construction that are outside of your job description, the cost of these courses may be covered by the company to help you get where you want to go.

· Connection – Tectonica believes that people need connection and to feel like they are a part of a team in order to thrive. To this end the company plans events each year for staff during regular work hours. These events in the last few years have included Wine Tours, a day at the Bungy Zone with a catered meal afterward, a two-day retreat at Strathcona Lodge, and a trip to Broken Island Lodge. Tectonica is infamous for it’s Annual Christmas Open House where trades, professionals and staff are invited for an afternoon and evening of amazing appetizers and beverages and the chance to connect and network within the industry. … we want to be a place where all of our employees feel like they are a part of a team.

· Financial Gains – Tectonica offers competitive wages for its employees and has increased the starting wages for all positions to keep up with inflation and the rising cost of living. Tectonica also believes in rewarding effort and adjusting salaries for performance at the 3 month mark of employment and yearly going forward. On top of regular pay all employees qualify for yearly profit-sharing bonuses.
