- $5000 for all Landscape Construction Supervisors with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Signing bonuses are payable following the successful completion of their 90-day probationary period.

Horizon Contracting Group is looking to add a full time Landscape Construction Supervisors to our Sea to Sky Construction Division with Immediate Start!
The successful candidate will join our Landscape Construction Division working primarily doing hardscape installations:
- Complete jobs using and teaching others to use a variety of tools and equipment safely
- Power Tools
- Cut-off Saws
- Tampers
- Mobile Equipment including skidsteers and mini excavators
- Determine and Setting Grades using benchmarks and laser level
- Screeding sand for pavers
- Laying base course for walls
- Installing pavers on aggregate and pedestal systems
- Managing crews of 2 or more and championing their training
- Complete tasks within assigned deadlines and budgets
- Participate in training events
- Participate in safety training, completing paperwork and meetings
- Be the leader on site excelling under pressure.
Hourly wage rate is dependent on experience, a salaried wage and company truck are provided upon successful completion of skillset review.
The Sea-to-Sky division handles all of Horizon's jobs in the Sea-to-Sky region and provides assistance periodically in downtown Vancouver to our Lower Mainland Location.
Candidate will be working between North Vancouver and Pemberton.
