Construction Team Member Job at Equation Staffing Solutions.
Our client is a leader in their industry, and their quality workmanship is bringing in new customers daily! They are looking to add to their team of Installers at all levels of experience. From junior level with minimal experience to experienced Lead Installers looking for a growth opportunity. Responsibilities include:
- Material handling, working on-site in commercial customer locations.
- Regular use of hand tools and power tools.
- Demolition and retrofitting of shelving and racking.
- Able to travel with crews outside of city limits for various projects.
- Able to work a night shift for a Sunday - Thursday rotation for the current project.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of general construction or handyman experience.
- Ability to work well independently, be a self-starter as well a collaborative team player.
- Experience driving a forklift would be well-regarded but not required.
- Millwork experience would be ideal.
- Agreeable to a criminal background check as part of the employment.
