Overview:


The Content/Copywriter will be responsible for creating all content and copy for the Acquire Sales team, working cross-functionally with Creative and Performance to design on-brand and informative content, as well as execute on a distribution strategy. The Jr. Content/Copywriter will report to the Sales Manager.


This is a developmental role where the individual will utilize and fine tune their creative and communication skills while maintaining our values of Honesty, Excellence, Creativity and Transparency. Being a team player is important as content creation will involve strong collaboration across teams.


Our team is looking for a highly motivated, organized, creative and curious individual who is able to create engaging, informative, relatable content for social media, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, blogs, case studies and newsletters.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and post on-brand social media content that appeals to our target audiences, using appropriate hashtags, geotags, captions
  • Write engaging and on-topic blog posts, implementing SEO practices for improving search rankings
  • Work alongside Sales Manager, to learn about our services, customers, and sales processes and suggest content, workflows and automation strategies
  • Coordinate with Creative & Performance teams for complementing text, graphics, charts, and images, as needed
  • Update existing content, including sales tools and client presentations
  • Maintain a consistent schedule for creating/posting content and deliver on time
  • Collaborate on a case study workflow with the Creative & Performance teams
  • Help develop and implement a nurture campaign for different customer segments, alongside the Sales Manager

Experience and Education

  • Strong proficiency in English, along with excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp, or other email marketing tool considered an asset
  • Social media and other digital marketing knowledge/experience
  • Prior experience as a Content/Copywriter an asset
