Description:

Aston Carter's client in Richmond is adding a 3-month Vendor Administrator to their team. This in-office role is best suited to someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work within an ERP system. Duties: • Work with stakeholders to ensure all necessary documents are received, complete, and accurate, prior to setting up new vendors in the system(s) • Work with stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation is received, complete, and accurate, prior to making changes to existing vendor files in the system(s) • Reconcile discrepancies between existing agreements, system records, and vendor invoices • Review and inactivate vendors who meet the inactivation criteria. • When buyers forge new relationships with vendors, they will create an MVA which then gets reviewed for this role and they review the paperwork on the back end. • Review the agreement to ensure there are no deviations between standard agreement • If mistakes/deviations, it gets sent back to the buyer • Updating vendor records; Address changes, net terms, billing information, and contact information.
