Duties and Responsibilities

  • Report Labour Efficiencies to production lines
  • Identify outliers in BOM costs
  • Calculate and distribute production incentives
  • review inventory adjustments (root cause analysis and solutions)
  • Work with coaches on monitoring DOWNTIME
  • Track and Report Inventory Turns
  • Report on Stagnant Inventory
  • Monitor plant performance against industry benchmarks
  • CAPEX utilization and replacement triggers
  • Review plant financials with head coaches
  • Updates sales price matrix and communicate changes
  • Any Ad Hoc duties assigned by management

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant Management discipline
  • CPA designation is preferred but not necessary
  • Prior experience in a Cost Accounting role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly Excel
  • Experience with pulling data from SQL databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
