$49,464.27 - $55,838.67 plus 3 Grid Temporary Market Adjustment and $46.64 bi-weekly isolation allowance

The Court Services Branch is responsible for delivering all court administration services in BC. These consist of registry, trial support and sheriff services for all levels of court. The Registry provides the infrastructure to process documents required by the court to ensure the timely and effective processing of court cases and support the justice system.

The Court Clerk provides court clerk duties and counter service (with limited signing authorities) for an integrated Court Registry. This position is responsible for interpreting documentation in court files to ensure accurate information in processing documents and files. The Court Clerk also interacts with members of the public, the bar and the judiciary.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Secondary School graduation or equivalent.
  • One year of clerical experience, education and/or training.
  • One year of experience delivering customer service.
  • Experience/training in keyboarding, data entry, word processing and other standard computer applications.
