Hiring crane operator (self-erect/tower) candidates, must have minimum of one (2) year's operating and rigging experience in construction.

Responsibilities and Duties will include:

• Planning and assessing lifts
• Completing equipment inspections
• Conducting routine maintenance
• Understanding crane capacities and load charts
• Operating crane
• Rigging and selecting appropriate rigging
• Coordinating with site superintendent, project manager, and foreman
• Coordinating with spotter / rigger
• Miscellaneous other tasks as required

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Level A Self-Erect or Tower Crane Certification
• 2 years operating & rigging experience
• High attention to detail
• Able to interpret crane capacities and load charts

• Be physically fit
• Must have valid driver's license on own reliable vehicle
• Strong English communication skills
• Leadership skills
