As a Junior CSR Person you will Assist the CSR person with client servicing, scheduling, booking and other office duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and be the first point of contact for clients
  • Work in a team of CSR’s for the same common goal of excellent client experience.
  • Educate clients on services we provide.
  • Book client services and invoicing.
  • Monitor individual workload and prioritize responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and work with Software products Like Service Box and Quickbooks
  • Fluent English
  • A detailed oriented person
  • A positive attitude
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary program
  • Excellent communications skills both orally and written.

Working Conditions:

  • In office Monday to Friday
  • Significant computer work

Education:

· OSSD Mandatory

· Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program

Prior Experience:

  • Excellent presentation skills in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong ability to follow process and direction

Compensation:

Base Salary: 20$ per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
