Candidates must be local to Canada
preparation of exquisite Indian cuisine/Tandoor
· Prepare and cook complete Indian cuisine meals on a daily basis
· Help other cooks in the kitchen by instructing cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
· Prepare special menu items
· Demonstrate excellent food preparation practices, portion control & end to end food production.
· Preparing and catering meals for special events and receptions such as weddings and banquets. · Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including but not limited to tables, shelves, counters, grills, fryers, burners, ovens, flat top range and refrigeration equipment
Skills Required:
cooking knowledge required.

Experience & Education
Requirements:
· No formal education required
· Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, work under pressure, attention to detail, standing for extended periods

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
