Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic individual for the positions of Customer service representative, in our spares teams. The candidate should possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with a willingness to learn and grow within our global organization.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) is required.
Customer service experience in the aviation industry is considered strong assets.
Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Process customer inquiries
  • Locate source of supply throughout North America
  • Review components and parts manual
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through consistent interaction and updates
  • Manage on-time delivery
  • General data entry

Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-5:00pm and from 8:30am to 2:30pm on Fridays, with flextime hours (subject to supervisor’s approval), and remote working available based on specific criteria (e.g. government requirements, accommodation of personal appointments, road conditions, etc.).

Work Remotely : Possibility 2 days per week when the training is completed

Le candidat doit posséder de solides compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et de communication, ainsi qu'une forte volonté d'apprendre et de se développer au sein de notre entreprise.
Connaissance de Microsoft Office, Excel et Word et Outlook requise.
Connaissances dans le service à la clientèle dans le secteur de l'aviation seraient un atout.

Les tâches incluent, sans toutefois s'y limiter :

  • Traiter les demandes des clients
  • Localiser les sources d'approvisionnement partout en Amérique du Nord
  • Construire des relations solides avec les clients et les fournisseurs
  • Gérer les délais de livraison
  • Saisie /entrée générale de données

Les horaires de travail sont du lundi au jeudi de 8h30 à 17h00 et de 8h30 à 14h30 le vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles (sous réserve de l'approbation du superviseur) et la possibilité de travailler à distance en fonction de critères spécifiques (par exemple, exigences gouvernementales, prise en compte des rendez-vous personnels, état des routes, etc.)

Possibilité de télétravail 2 jours semaine lorsque la formation est complétée
