Bel- Air Toyota is looking for a full-time Bilingual Service Advisor

Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm

Job Summary

• Greet the customer, open work orders, and contact customers to inform customers of additional recommended work if applicable as well as verifying vehicle service history.
• Contact customers once vehicle is ready to be picked up and explain the work that was completed on the vehicle
• Listen and document on work order any customers concerns / complaint regarding the vehicle
• Offer professional explanation for services or repairs to satisfy customer’s concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems fairly and quickly.
• Oversee the service waiting area ensuring every customer has been looked after.
• Make every reasonable effort to make vehicle service a pleasant customer experience

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Fluently Bilingual in French and English
• Valid Driver’s License
• Automotive Knowledge and Experience
• Previous experience in automotive industry
• Customer Service Experience
• Team skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work comfortably with management, employees and the public

Condition of employment

• All new hires must provide proof of double vaccination prior to hire
