Our Langley-based client, an industry leader with global presence, is on the hunt for a proactive and on-the-ball Customer Service Representative. This family-run company offers a challenging and rewarding environment to help its employees excel beyond their limitations and expand their potential.

The position is 40 hours per week, taking place between 8AM to 4.30PM. After initial training, there is potential for this role to transition to a hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

· Set up new customer accounts, maintain and update customer information

· Act as point of contact for order information as well as customer inquiries and complaints

· Liaise with warehouses to track orders, communicate order status to customers

· Process purchases, returns and credits

· General day-to-day administrative support

What You Bring

· 1-2 years of customer service experience

· Completion of post-secondary education

· Manufacturing/export industry experience is an asset

· Tech-savvy with fantastic computer skills

· ERP experience is a must. SAP is highly desirable but working knowledge of JD Edwards or Great Plains will be considered

· First-class customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

· Great troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

What’s In It For You

An annual salary in the $41.6-52K range, depending on skills and experience, and a comprehensive suite of benefits after 3 months of employment.
