Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (%)

1. Answers inbound phone calls, emails, and any other pre-defined tool to accept customer orders. All communications are handled in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner (50%)

2. Provides accurate, dependable service to customers relative to account status, company policy, special programs, delivery service, product information, returns, web navigation, etc. (20%)

3. Processes product adjustments, replacements, prepares credit allowances/refund back up, create invoices, and create/set up/update profiles following established processes(10%)

4. Stays current in product and promotional knowledge, changing product lines, new production introductions, and other product related updates (5%)

5. Contribute to improvements in customer service processes and the customer experience (5%)

6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal resources to resolve customer issues and/or met customer expectations (10%)

7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

· Minimum High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a multi-SKU manufacturing environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Above average computer skills with ERP systems, JDE preferred

· Ability to work to deadlines

· Above average verbal and written communication skills

· Telephone etiquette

· Organization and prioritization of tasks

· Ability to handle pressure and perform multiple job tasks concurrently

· Accurate data search, entry, and gathering, and quantitative analysis of data

· Attention to detail and ability to type with high keyboarding skills

· Problem solver, flexibility and adaptability

· Ability to manage containment, root cause and corrective action

· Average mathematical ability

· Customer focus

· Microsoft Office (create and modify simple PowerPoint presentations, create and modify basic spreadsheets in Excel, create and modify documents in Word, basic experience in Access)

· Work with a team and independently

· Ability to interpret and apply customer company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.50-$23.50 per hour
