As Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for P&H Milling Group customers from start to finish.

Your day to day activities will include:

  • Entering customers’ orders
  • Ensuring the timely resolution of any issues that arise with sales, production, invoicing, etc. and communicating effectively with all affected parties
  • Negotiating customer emergency deliveries and working closely with production to prioritize deliveries
  • Assisting Accounts Receivable and providing back up as required
  • Assisting and provide back up to the Invoice Clerks
  • Working with Quality Control to ensure all QA requirements accompany loads as required
  • Working closely with collections staff
  • Generating various reports and supporting the Sales Team

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate in French (both written and oral) is an asset
  • Proficiency in Office 365 required (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
  • Experience in an ERP system is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with EDI (receive and export Retail Customers’ orders in EDI system) is an asset
