About our Client
Our client, a manufacturing and distribution company based in Richmond, is looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time ongoing temporary basis. This family-owned small company values its employees and offers a family feels environment with room to grow over time. This role is responsible to assist in daily office tasks, manage general administrative activities and be the first point of contact for the visitors that enter the office. Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting guests and managing office calendars
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Ensuring the office environment is kept clean
- Performing other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Receptionist experience in an office environment
- Must be able to Multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
