Shift Times for Production Worker:
Monday – Friday, rotating weekends
Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Job Duties for Customer Service Representative:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Convert calls into booked service appointments
• Make outbound calls, following up on recent service visits
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Maintain and update our customer database with accurate information

Requirements for PCustomer Service Representative:

• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
• You are a great communicator and can connect and build positive relationships with customers and your team.
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude and are willing to learn and grow
• You are customer service focused.

Pay for Customer Service Representative:

• $19.05 /per hour – based on experience/suitability
• Paid weekly, every Friday
