Position Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

We have proudly served in the holiday retail sector for over a decade with locations all over Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. We specialize in premium quality personalized ornaments, stockings and many other festive decorations. Job Description

You will support the business in achieving our service goals while providing a customer-first experience. Role and Responsibilities

• Implementing sales strategies and understanding of customer service
• Having thorough product knowledge
• Upselling according to customer’s wants/needs
• Reporting any broken/damaged, stolen or inaccurate inventory
• Restocking and organizing products as necessary
• Bi-weekly inventory count
• Cleanliness and organization
• Organization of inventory and storage areas
• Following dress code
• Time management Customer service

Qualifications

• Past retail sales and customer service experience is an asset
• Exemplary penmanship or artistic ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other

• Flexible to workday, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Seasonal

Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
