$18–$20 an hour
  • Perform general office tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling emails.

Maintain and update customer databases, records, and files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

  • Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Respond to customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and potential business opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and promptly resolving any issues.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and assess their overall experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.

Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports to track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, sales, and customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
