LOCATION: MARKHAM, ON (TTC available)
TERM: 12 months Contract
Job Description
● Ability to interface with homeowners and communicate the Builder’s messages
● Ability to compose professional written correspondence
● Experience handling Customers of different age ranges, ethnicities
● Ability to work well individually and in a team setting, demonstrating professionalism while reporting to the Customer Success Manager
● Computer literacy with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Teams
● Technical Training provided on-the-job
● Hourly Wage $20-30 depending on experience
● Bonus structure applies
● Potential to transfer to long-term role
Requirements
● Valid Driver’s License and access to vehicle or reliable transportation to Markham, ON
● Scheduled Hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
● Strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills on-the-job when necessary
● Strong communication skills, internal and external - written and verbal.
● Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and convey solutions for problem resolution
● Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
● Excellent phone demeanor
● Additional language skills are preferred

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
