Our Vaughan location is seeking a highly organized Customer Service and Installation Scheduler to implement and oversee project schedules and focuses on providing great customer service. In this role, you will be collaborating with design consultants, manufacturing and installation teams, in setting tasks, and monitoring the execution of project timelines. To ensure success, the candidate should possess solid customer service skills and demonstrable experience in project scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Speak with clients over the phone to schedule, confirm, remind and follow-up on installed appointments and inputs client data into company systems
  • Email reminders to clients when appropriate
  • Add, cancel or makes changes to appointments in the organization’s schedule
  • Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client information and managing assignments
  • Greets clients in person or on the phone and answering or referring in queries.
  • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
  • Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner
  • Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in custom cabinetry preferred (i.e. kitchen & closet industry).
  • Customer service and scheduling experience
  • Great administrative writing skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
  • Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a team
  • Ability to fulfill the company’s standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
  • Displays kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to clients.
  • Have an eye for detail and organization
  • Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
  • Schedule project timelines in order to predict the finish date for larger projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
