A client care representative is responsible for helping to create a welcoming environment for our visitors. Some of the many tasks that our wonderful front desk team have are; answering phones, processing transactions (including handling cash), triaging medical concerns, problem solving, working with inventory, strong social skills , scheduling appointments.
We are a busy animal hospital, in which we all have a shared passion for Cat Friendly and Fear Free medicine for our patients and their families, as well as a positive and fun work environment for our team. We are looking for an experienced individual that shares the same passion and is eager to learn. Experience working with Avimark would be a bonus!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
