We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growth.

The Customer Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide our customers with exceptional customer support.


What will you do?

Respond to escalated customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.

Clearly understand Paramount Commerce’s products in order to effectively respond to customers.

Seek resolution to customer inquiries, and work with various departments within the organization to resolve customer inquiries.

Ensure follow-through on all inquiries, and ensure resolutions are communicated to customers.

Ensure that all customer responses are complete and properly maintained.

Work to identify service level challenges, and provide improvement recommendations and/or suggested changes.

Manage customer requests to open and close accounts.

Monitor customer accounts for any potential fraudulent activity, and take appropriate action where needed.

Participate in special projects to improve product and service quality and customer satisfaction.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

You will be/have:

College diploma or undergraduate degree in business or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years customer service related work experience.

Working knowledge of online payment rules and regulations is an asset.

A positive, energetic can-do attitude.

Team player and collaborative.

An effective communicator, both spoken and written.

Microsoft Office, intermediate


A standard background check will be required in order to be considered for this position.
