Data Entry Clerk Job at D&D Well Services
D&D Well Services is looking to fill the position of a fulltime Data Entry Clerk for a busy Transportation Company.
Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Job Description:
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Maintain work logs of activities and completed work
- Coordinate the collection of data from point of origin
- Help pre-process of data to locate missing information and make corrections as needed
- Maintain and enter Mechanics time on work orders
- Record and maintain Mechanics time sheets 160 km Radius Records
- Receive Inventory into stock
- Scan and attach invoices to PO's in system
- Review and finalize work orders for filing / File
- Scan/attach invoices and CVIP's to work orders
- Help Parts Technician as needed
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
Qualifications:
- Data Entry experience
- Knowledge of AXON Software
- Knowledge of data entry/and or inventory programs
- Fluency in English
- Ability to accuratrely key numerical and alphabetically
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- pay close attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grande Prairie, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
