Data Entry Clerk (Temp) Job at Equation Staffing Solutions.
Our Calgary client is seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join their team for the next 3 months!
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders and completion of forms and templates
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
- Follow up with internal departments to obtain missing information
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting, records management and data entry experience are a must
- High attention to detail is required
- Typing minimum of 8000 key strokes an hour is required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Task oriented, a focused personality and a predisposition for asking questions would make you the ideal candidate for this role
- Comfortable working at a computer for long durations
- Must be available to start immediately
