Agilus is recruiting for a Dealer Network Performance Leader in the OEM/Automotive Industry.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Dealer Performance Lead (DPL) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dealer Performance across Canada with the goal to achieve corporate targets through a financially healthy dealer network. The DPL collaborates closely with other members of the Network Development team, the National Sales Manager and the Regional Sales and Service managers to drive improved dealer performance across all departments. This is a 1 year term role with possibility of permanent position after.

How you will make an impact:
  • Management of all dealer bonus programs
  • Development of methodology for annual dealer targets
  • Management of dealer business management system (NCM)
  • Monthly administration of dealer financials and financial analysis reporting
  • Dealer KPI development and tracking
  • Dealer Performance Consulting (dealer action plan development and follow-up with field team)
  • Dealer operations best practices reporting
  • Mystery shopping results, tracking and communication

Successful candidates will have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain successful consultative relationships with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand correlation between KPIs and provide suggested improvements.
  • Strong understanding of dealership financial systems/operations and experience working directly with dealership staff, preferably dealership owners and managers.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, Presentation) & proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
  • Hands-on experience in budget management is required
  • Due to potential travel requirements and expected interaction with dealer staff, COVID-19 Vaccination is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related area
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the automotive industry Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) or similar dealer network or dealer-facing environment
