CBS Parts Ltd. (“CBS”) is a privately held company serving the trucking industry in British Columbia. We are B.C.’s leading supplier of OE equivalent and aftermarket components for on-highway commercial trucks and trailers. We are a growing and dynamic business with a central distribution warehouse in Surrey that serves four branches strategically located across the province.

Our branch in Abbotsford requires a Part time Delivery Driver.

Monday 4-8pm, Friday 4-8pm, Saturday's 9-5pm.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the warehouse ensuring work is performed in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner.

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of parts and cores throughout the branch territory.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers with the use of forklifts and floor jacks.
• Inspecting and receiving goods into the data base reporting any damaged or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Stocking shelves within the warehouse and the store front, moving overflow and ensuring goods are stored in an organized and tidy manner.
• Picking and shipping product with a high level of accuracy.
• Lots of lifting and moving of heavy product within the warehouse as required.
• Reporting equipment or structural deficiencies to the supervisor ensuring that the workplace and equipment is both clean and safe.
• Deliver and pick-up parts throughout Abbotsford and surrounding area.
• Picking up cores.
• Other duties of a minor nature as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.

· Must have valid class 5 BC driver’s license.

You will be driving a company owned van.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
