The detailer position is with Hiemstra Trailer Sales, a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group located at 493 Third St, London, ON

Essential Responsibilities

· Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service

· Detail customer units prior to customer pick up

· Clean and organize inventory

· Work with the cleaning crew to keep the facility clean and in good working order

· Recondition and paint/ fabric protecting used inventory

· Recondition and install sanitizing packages up to Covid 19 standards.

· Assist the Sales and Service departments by cleaning and preparing customer units, detailing them to make them better than new and meet the cleanliness standards recommended for Covid-19

Key Qualities

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

· Passion for cleaning and able to take initiative

· An eye for the details

· Consider the safety of others in situations where there is a risk of harm

· Communicate with co-workers and customers

· Follow company rules and procedures for collecting and scanning tickets.

· Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and vacuuming.

· Previous detail experience & RV knowledge would be considered assets

· Operate a forklift or other heavy machinery will be considered an asset

· Positive attitude who enjoys dealing with the public, and who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
