Are you an experienced Development Coordinator or Project Coordinator looking to elevate into a full-time Development Manager role?
Our client is a privately owned real estate investment and land development company based in Western Canada with offices in Vancouver, Prince George, Prince Rupert, BC, and Calgary, Alberta. They were founded in 1992 and currently has more than 30 projects in BC and Alberta.
Our client currently holds more than 5,000 acres of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development properties in BC and AB. They have planned and developed many types of residential projects, resort projects, and commercial and industrial projects including town centres, shopping malls, hotels, business parks, apartments, townhouses, and numerous types of single-family homes.
They are currently seeking a Development Manager to join their team based out of their office in Langley, BC. As the Development Manager, you will be working alongside the Vice President on their full development portfolio. You will be responsible for managing consultant relationships and building relationships at various municipalities to help move projects through the development lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you will bring at least 3 years of experience in a real estate development or construction coordinator role, with a strong understanding of the development process. You will also bring strong communication and negotiation skills.
This role will not start until April 2023.
