Description

• Perform General Maintenance
• Repair and service tow trucks and vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, perform daily equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance of equipment at our head office shop.
• Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of trucks
• Fuel injection systems, exhaust systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, engine control systems, vehicle break systems, etc.
• Repairing, maintaining, and servicing our fleet of trucks

Shifts

• Afternoons 3pm - 11:30pm

Skills

• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail, quick learner
• Communicate with drivers and provide efficient service
• Maintain tools, equipment and shop manuals in a satisfactory manner
• to mitigate risks associated with chemicals, diesel fuel emissions, noise, moving objects, and hazardous materials.
• Able to read and write in English

Experience and Education:

• 2 years experience maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing tow trucks and vehicles in accordance with safety standards.
• Valid 310T certification
• Current driver's license class G
