Responsibilities:

• Dining services for residents and guests during meal – times.
• Cleaning of all the operation areas including disinfecting the common area, high touchpoints, and residential rooms
• Assist with the handling, labeling, and storage of food.
• Extra cleaning duties as required.
• Lending a helping hand in the main kitchen and delivering food supplies.
• Working with kitchen equipment, washing and storing dishes, and repairing/replacing any damaged kitchen equipment.
• Follow IGGH, ministry long-term care, Infection control regulations policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining the workplace clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist with infection control, quality assurance, and legal and workplace requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid food handler’s certificate (Required)
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be active and physically fit to perform all the duties.
• Well-versed with proper handling techniques.
• Must know how to work around various appliances like cooking equipment, dishwasher, etc.
• Proof of full 2-dose vaccination with the last dose more than 14 days prior to start.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mon to Friday/Weekend

Time: 07:30 – 15:30; 10:30 – 18:30; 09:00 –13:00; 14:30 – 18:30 (Candidate must be flexible with the shift timings)
