Director of Finance
We are an established buyer and builder of industrial and commercial properties in the Greater Montreal area. We have a unique opportunity for a Director of Finance with Real Estate experience to lead a small team of experienced accounting personnel in budgeting and reporting financial results to our partners and clients. Holder of a CA or CPA ( or equivalent experience ) this candidate will have touched upon all aspects of the accounting and reporting process. The opportunity is unique because it is a permanent part-time position ( one to two days per week) which will allow a maximum degree of flexibility and quality of life.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
