EPOS Integrated Solutions is Co-Packing, Warehousing and Third-Party Logistics provider.
We are currently looking for a Director of Operations with the ability to coordinate, plan and make decisions that are in the best interests of the company. Someone who is not afraid to work hard to get the job done.
As a Director of Operations you will be responsible for the following job duties:
· Oversee the daily operation of the Warehouse, Production and Administration departments. Establish objectives and formulate policies and procedures;
· Develop short & long term plans that will have a positive impact on the business;
· Oversea and Coordinate the work of different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the business;
· Define and implement policies and performance standards;
· Identify and resolve operational issues within the supply chain from end to end and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
· Attract, retain and develop talent especially since the company is expanding its operations
· Evaluate and improve the overall operations and financial performance of the business;
Additional skills:
· Strong strategic planning and quality management skills;
· Exceptional leadership skills to foster growth, increase effectiveness & improve productivity and profitability;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
