Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
Put orders away
Empty garbages/recycling/compost bins
