THE TEAM
The mission of the Distribution Department is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Distribution Department, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless flow of product and supplies into, within, and out of the distribution center. As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will deliver Distribution Centre schedules in order to maximize operational efficiency, control labour wastage, and enhance employee experience. THE ROLE
As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will:
  • Support with designing the strategic model that directs the development of the schedule
  • Gather all required business inputs to ensure data-driven decisions are made in the development of the schedule
  • Analyze and process all relevant data to enable accurate labour needs forecasts, including employee availability and skills, business activities, and events
  • Build optimized DC schedules to effectively drive business goals while minimizing labour wastage and manage communication out to the teams
  • Partner effectively with DC Management to support with live week schedule changes and resulting labour adjustments to align with workforce management principles
