As a Professional recruiter (focusing to start on supply chain & distribution operations), you will help us identifying internal and external candidates for our open roles. We build diverse recruiting pipelines, use strategic sourcing strategies, and value a strong relationship management with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and fill people needs
  • Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Be creative and proactive with research and sourcing strategies using multiple channels
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting from the job intake meeting to offer stages and through onboarding
  • Help encourage and drive employee referrals and internal candidates
  • Engage in recruiting events relevant to open roles and strategic functions
  • Participate in and lead global continuous improvement projects to make us better

Competencies:

  • Quantitative: Ability to work with excel and ATS systems to measure success
  • Analytical: Ability to look at data and research to drive and shift your recruiting strategy
  • Conceptual: Ability to define a clear sourcing and research strategy to fill open roles
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate to senior level executives throughout the organization
  • Working with Others: Maintain a strong relationship with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Influence and Negotiation: Ability to influence hiring managers and negotiate offers and compensation with candidates
  • Work Management: Ability to manage 20+ openings at a given time. Proven ability to prioritize roles. Takes a proactive and solutions oriented approach to problem solving
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the market for both technical and business talent

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing, engagement, and recruiting
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment, including extending offers
  • Excellent customer-service attitude with ability to build and cultivate strong client and candidate relationships
  • ATS experience – we use Greenhouse
