Lids Canada is seeking out a District Manager to support the Prairie district of Manitoba and Saskatchewan. If you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you!

As a District Manager for Lids you must be able to:

  • Hire, lead and retain top talent throughout your assigned portfolio of stores
  • Maximize Sales within each store within your assigned district
  • Lead the districts day to day operations to ensure smooth execution of established objectives.
  • Monitor and manage schedules for your teams within your assigned stores.
  • Act as a liaison between the head office and the your stores by making regular visits and interacting with management and staff
  • Ensure that each location delivers value and excellence to our customers
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed Store Managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan
  • Work together with business partners in order to minimize loss and monitor corporate policy and procedure.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as called upon by the organization

Minimum Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in a multi-unit management postion, 2-3 years preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth mentality
  • Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Experience recruiting, developing and leading a team of successful retail professionals.
  • Up to 30% travel required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
