EHS Coordinator & Document Controller Job at Robert Half
Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking an EHS Coordinator & Document Controller to join their hard-working team for a contract/temporary role.
As the EHS Coordinator & Document Controller, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Assisting with the bulletin development and describing the document being published
Reviewing draft documents to prepare for publishing
Creating PO requisitions and setting up PO’s
Managing and developing KPI’s
Preparing monthly reports
Ad hoc duties as requested
Put your talents to the test as an EHS Coordinator & Document Controller with our client. The successful EHS Coordinator & Document Controller will possess the following:
2+ years of prior document control experience
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong technical writing
Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
Strong communication skills
Available to start immediately
