Akamihk Energy Inc., a utility management company responsible for managing the solar farm, gas utility infrastructure, commercial and electrical services in Montana First Nation, is looking for a Electrical Apprentice to work with the team to enhance the current services and grow assets and business lines of the company.
Role Description
Working with journeymen electricians and performing the following:
· Layout and wiring of houses under construction
· Transporting materials to/from construction sites
· Responding to residential and commercial service calls for electrical problems
· Solar farm electrical maintenance in concert with journeymen
· Retrofit construction on commercial buildings
Qualifications:
1 or 2 year of apprenticeship.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ponoka County, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- electrical: 1 year (required)
