Our client is looking for a customer service representative with a bubbly outgoing personality to join the dynamic team! Someone who is dedicated to providing customers with the newest technology in semiconductors and electronic components.
This role is fully on site in Kitchener, located in a really great building (Spotify and Google offices in same building), with a gym, nice café and a brewery on site!
Company Location: Kitchener, ON
Shift Time: 8AM- 5PM, 9AM-6PM, or 10AM-7PM (Flexible Day Shifts)
SALARY: 45K-50k per year
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative works closely with customers via phone, email, chat, or online-purchasing tools before, during, and after a transaction. The CSR works to solve and direct requests within the company to ensure customer needs are met. This position is "the face" of their daily interactions.

- Data entry
- Researching and expediting customer orders
- Prior electronics knowledge is not critical but a basic understanding of business-to-business transactions helps.
Qualifications:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who meet the following criteria:
- History of positive service attitude and professional energy.
- Exhibits the potential to advance to other positions.
- Ability to remain accountable, positively influence others and are comfortable in a social environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs based on previous experience and data.
- Post secondary education in Business/Marketing/Commerce, 1-2 years relevant Customer Service Rep Experience OR a combination of education and relevant experience
