You as an Equipment Manager will:

• Manage and oversee all equipment-related deliverables to the health authority
• Build tender packages, draft equipment specifications and scopes of work, issue for bid, review results with detailed analysis and recommendations
• Create & coordinate project schedules/work plans between equipment, design, procurement and construction, and delegate duties & tasks accordingly
• Assist in the development of work processes and work plans, and the development of project budgets, fees, and schedules.
• Represent Equipment at User Group meetings and mock-up reviews to coordinate equipment into the design and manage expectations (clinicians, nurses, hospital staff)
• Lead coordination & implementation of equipment into the design of the facility
• Manage & coordinate delivery schedule, logistics installation and commissioning of equipment
• Managing changes to equipment scope with respect to design and contracts

Is this the right role for you?

• 5-7 years of Equipment management experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Previous work on Design Build projects is an asset
• Comfortable working with equipment lists in information database systems such as MS Access, DRofus, Revit or similar
