Full Job Description
We are looking for a individual to join our Division 26 Inc team in Fort McMurray, Alberta!
We are looking for those individuals with a strong work ethic and a good employment track-record.
Main Accountabilities:
Excavators to meet daily plan and production targets;
Effective communication using a 2-way radio system;
Successfully use an electronic production data collection system (WENCO);
Maintain equipment integrity and complete job hazard analysis reports and equipment log books;
Always protect the safety and well-being of yourself and your co-workers. Follow all Company specific safety protocols and Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Main Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience operating a variety of heavy equipment
Must have demonstrated ability to work individually and as a team.
Experience working in day and night shift, be physically fit to work in arctic climate and adverse conditions
Incorporates HS&E concepts into work activities and demonstrates concern for others health & safety (co-workers, clients, and sub trades)
Leadership as well as interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude. Able to develop and foster a team environment
Thorough working knowledge and understanding of efficient mining practices, procedures and regulations
Excellent oral and written communication

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
