Kiewit is hiring Excavator Operators for the Strathcona Refinery Renewable Diesel Expansion project (SHRED), located in Edmonton, AB.
Requirements
Excavators
- Minimum 5 Years experience operating various sized Excavators
- 5 Years experience in Industrial Construction
- Experience with Underground Utilities is required (Drainage, Installation, etc)
- Plant site experience
Shift information
- 14/7 Rotation – Alternating Dayshift & Nightshift
- 10hr days, Overtime after 6.5hrs
- LOA
Additional
- Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test.
- Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a Background Check
- H2S Aware ticket is required
- Site-wide Clean Shave Policy

The Strathcona Refinery Renewable Diesel Expansion (SHRED) facility located near Edmonton, AB, will produce one billion liters of biofuel annually and will be the largest facility of this type in Canada.
