What we need is SIMPLE actually... we want PUR'ly passionate people who love people and the hospitality business. Serving people in a warm, friendly atmosphere is what we do! The hours are awesome, no late nights and plenty of free time once your workday is over! Our clients are hungry when they visit and we need to get them fed, so we are looking for team members that have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dress in clean attire, keep body and hands clean at all times, and keep hair tied back;

• ​​Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen

• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority

• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature

• Assisting servers with running food

• Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g. when a customer has a particular request)

• Memorize food menu items & identify on expo

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times;

• Additional duties may be assigned;

• Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities

• Must be able to handle stress

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail is key
