Field Manager Position
Job Description & Duties
· Take professional photographs and videos of properties utilizing 360 degree photography as well as drone technology
· Edit photos and videos on editing application, then upload for storage
· Upload finished photos and video tours to the MLS system
· Check new listings for accuracy
· Place and remove for sale signs, sold signs, directional arrows & additional labeling on properties in a timely manner
· Install and remove lockboxes with keys at property and assign in Matrix and Sentrilock
· Maintain Signage and Sentrilock inventory, ordering replacements when necessary
· Perform water samples when requested
· Assist in special event setup and tear down
· Manage cleaning lady schedule in order to keep the office clean
· Miscellaneous tasks including basic cleaning, making sign stands, property upkeep, stocking supplies, flyer distribution, shoveling snow, sweeping/salting alley and sidewalk, etc
· Occasionally assist in marketing and promotional activities within the office
Pay negotiable upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
